Sumusic
In the summer of 2020 I had some time to start a YouTube channel of music (a mix of live recordings and Logic projects) I'd made throughout high school. It also happened to double nicely as a portfolio for college applications.
At this time I was still more invested in writing music than games, but the tides were slowly shifting. Making thumbnails for each video also got me surprisingly engaged in creating these kinds of vector art.
My first piece for full orchestra. The start and end are quite inspired but the middle sections are a bit hard to bear.
The channel is ultimately long dead with no plans of revival as the satisfaction I got from writing slowly dwindled and I also shifted heavily towards jazz in college. Aside from academic work in school, further musical projects wouldn't really materialize until 2024.
